Privacy policy
Your birth details and personal information are private. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
For orders: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
For consultations: your name, gender, date, time and place of birth, the concern you share, and your email and WhatsApp number.
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
How we use it
Only to deliver your order, prepare your consultation, and contact you about them.
We don't sell or share your details with anyone, except the courier who delivers your parcel and the payment provider.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as required by tax law. Consultation details are kept so we can follow up with you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. We'll respond within 7 days.
Cookies
We use only what the site needs to work, such as remembering your cart and keeping the admin signed in.
