Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Please share an unboxing video or clear photos when you contact us.

Every product is cleansed, energised and given Pran Pratishtha for you before dispatch. For reasons of purity, products can't be returned for a change of mind, only if they arrived damaged or were the wrong item.

Gemstones must be returned with their original certificate.

Once we receive and check the returned item, refunds are made within 7 working days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number.
